Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the US and select international locations. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your area.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves our hands.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move quickly to get your order out the door. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@lensaroot.com. We'll do our best — but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are applied to the scalp and hair, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items — but if there's an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll work with you.
What if my product arrived damaged?
That should never happen. If your order arrived damaged, email us at support@yourstore.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately.
How do I start a return?
Just contact us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. No complicated forms. No runaround.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
